Join me for the first of our monthly breathwork classes here in The Softening on Thursday, July 17th from 5-6pm MDT (convert to your time zone HERE - please note that these monthly classes will be offered at different times in the future to accommodate various schedules, time zones, and preferences)!

This class will include:

CHECK-IN + GROUNDING
We’ll begin with a brief guided meditation to check in with yourself and ground before the breathwork begins.

EMOTIONAL + ENERGETIC HYGIENE 
You will be guided through a breathwork journey to clear your energy and connect with the theme for this class, including restful integration to conclude the experience.

REFLECT + CONNECT
Live attendees will have the opportunity to share, connect, and reflect at the end of class (this portion will not be recorded to create an intimate and confidential space for live attendees).

REPLAY AVAILABLE
Can’t make it live? The replay of this class will be available to all members in the archive after it takes place.


What is breathwork?

Breathwork refers to conscious and controlled breathing practices and exercises that promote holistic well-being aiding mood, nervous system regulation, and stress-reduction.

Certain active breathwork practices, such as the one you'll experience in this class, can help expand your capacity to navigate challenging emotions and physical sensations. They can gently initiate the process of softening deeply rooted limiting beliefs, fostering a deeper connection to your intuition and inner wisdom for greater clarity, self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love.

While this is an active practice, my approach is gentle and I encourage you to go at your own pace, honoring what feels right for you.
